The Guidance Center is looking for a fully Licensed Mental Health Therapist to work with adults and children within our Fort Smith, AR Outpatient Clinic.
Duties: Clinical assessments and diagnosing, treatment planning, therapy (individual, family), crisis intervention, and documenting treatment in an electronic medical record
Requirements: Minimum of a Master's Degree from an accredited institution, as well as a current Arkansas license (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, LPE). Must pass background checks and drug screens. Must be fully licensed without the need of licensure supervision.
Salary: Competitive pay based on experience.
Continuing Education: 6 free live CEUs offered quarterly (24 annually); plus access to free unlimited online/virtual CEUs. Formal training in Cognitive Processing Therapy available.
