Requirements
- Proven sales experience in the window, building, or related industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Valid driver's license; able to travel in car and handle moderate weight materials up to 40 pounds
