What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bilingual ERSEA Specialist position at Western Carolina Community Action?
POSITION SUMMARY:
This position ensures that there is a viable system in place to recruit and enroll eligible children for WNCSource’s children’s centers and Home Visiting programs in the service area. The ERSEA Specialist recruits and enrolls children for the service area and ensures that monitoring and agency tracking of eligibility, recruitment, selection, enrollment, and attendance complies with OHS regulations and the NC Pre-K program. Maintains the child and family outcomes database and ensures that records are up to date, and accurate federal reports are filed each month. Maintains full program-funded enrollment and the requirement percentage of children with disabilities.
