Position Summary: Provide a variety of Human Resource functions supporting the Human Resources Department in the various WCCA programs with a focus on providing services to bilingual staff.
This position is on-site at the Main Office and is not remote.
Schedule Monday- Friday, 8 am to 5 pm or 8:30 am to 5 pm.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Data entry: Updating Workforce Go and Child Plus with any updates to the applicant and employee files.
- Coordinates and administers the agency's Wellness program.
- Covers for receptionist as scheduled, usually 6-8 hours per week
- Assists with recruitment and pre-boarding process
- Assists the department in various human resources program procedures for all agency employees.
- Answers routine questions from employees and applicants about employment procedures and policies, and other HR-related topics with an emphasis on providing HR information to bilingual staff.
- Assists in communication by interpreting and translating with Spanish-speaking clients for the agency.
- Maintains personnel files in compliance with applicable legal requirements and funding source regulations.
