Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Required for this Position
- Knowledge of planning and scheduling techniques.
- Ability to communicate effectively with a broad range of customers, both orally and in writing.
- Knowledge of computer-based testing and machine scoring.
- Database management skills.
- Knowledge of educational development test administration and interpretation.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and attention to detail.
Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience proctoring exams.
Bachelor's Degree in Education or related field.
