Office Assistant / Entry Level DMV Clerk

Western Construction Auctions (WCA) is one of the leading industrial auctioneers in the western United States. Our auctions include a wide variety of heavy equipment, trucks, trailers, and other equipment assets for the construction, transportation, agricultural, and other industries. We specialize in providing complete equipment asset management; we help you acquire, manage, and liquidate equipment assets as you need. WCA is rapidly expanding to meet the tremendous growth in online global equipment sales and re marketing.

In this entry level role you will be required to work within a fast paced environment dealing with heavy phone volume, social media, and customer service. Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook along with data entry skills are required as all communication must be entered into our customer database.

This position is ideal for a candidate that is tech savvy and enjoys doing online research to locate new resources and leads for the auction. We are also looking for an Assistant for our DMV Department. A candidate who enjoys doing on line searches and phone calls to generate new interest and is methodical in organizing paperwork is ideal.

Responsibilities include:

Make 80-100 outbound calls per day, generating as many offers as possible
Generate new and repeat sales by providing excellent customer service
Effectively maintain our customer database
Act as a liaison between customer and Outside Salesperson
Generate new interest in business by completing online searches
Update social media platforms
Assist with Advertising through Social Media Platforms
Assist the DMV Department with Verification and filing
Perform other duties assigned
Background and Qualifications include:

High school diploma/GED required.
Bi-lingual
A minimum of one (1) to three (3) years of office, telemarketing and/or customer service experience preferred.
Strong computer ability
Detail Oriented
Ability to multi task in a high volume environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
