Job Overview
Western Construction LLC is looking for experienced pipe foreman. We do not offer crew lead positions. I believe that a crew lead is just a cute name to make someone feel important. I am looking for a qualified leader that will manage the project from start to finish. Document daily activities, track material usage, Maintain production. You will be required to have a CDL or obtain a CDL within 90 Days of Employment. The company will pay for DOT physical and any test that is passed. I do not pay for failed attempts. You will be held accountable for your crew. You will need to keep the company equipment, tools and vehicle assigned to you in great working order. I understand things break. It is your responsibility to ensure safety measures are followed. I want everyone to go home with the same number of digits as when they arrived. Most importantly do not be afraid to yell. Pay is DOE with bonus incentives. Pay is also prevailing wage rates for services performed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $37.41 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
