Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Self-Starter who has a desire to make a difference in peoples lives. As a part of Western Dakota Insurors Producer team, you will be part of helping to grow the revenue of the office by offering products that people need for their security and peace of mind. We will provide insurance education and sales training to support you to become a consultant for businesses and families, evaluating needs and recommending the most appropriate means of meeting those needs. We encourage and support individual growth and cover the cost of approved continuing education. We provide an amazing team environment and mentorship program.
Salary: $40000.00 - $100000.00 per year

Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include
- Developing ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
- Meeting new business production goals and objectives as established.
- Soliciting for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
- Developing insurance quotes, making sales presentations, and closing sales.
Requirements
Requirements for the position include:
- A current property and casualty license
- Experience in insurance sales
- A genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
- An upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- The ability to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
- Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
