LOTS OF LIFTING SUITCASES AND LOADING
Collect lost / delayed luggage from the airlines. We are 100% customer service orientated from start to finish.Team work and a positive attitude allows for our fast-paced environment to excel.
Responsibilities and Duties
Communicate with airline staff
Communicate with contractors and load luggage when necessary
Pick up luggage from various airlines throughout the airport
Communicate with the operations manager throughout shift
Dispatch luggage
Communicate with passengers and confirm addresses
Be able to problem solve
Qualifications and Skills
Be at least 18 years of age
Work hours -evenings / late night Varies
Be authorized to work in the United States
Lift 70lbs and twist / bend on a constant basis
Be able to walk a full shift throughout airport daily
Strong verbal communication skill with exceptional customer service skills
Must be able to handle multi-tasking and fast-paced environment
Work as a team is a must
Work Location : In person
