In this role, you will be responsible for designing and enhancing the user experience of our internal web applications. You will also be tasked with conducting UX research to inform and validate your design decisions. This is a critical role that requires a blend of creativity, technical expertise, and a deep understanding of user-centered design principles.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES : Design and Prototyping : Create user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, user feedback, and usability findings.
