Job Title: Landscape Architect / Design Salesperson
Location: Chicagoland and Western Suburbs
Employment Type: Full-Time
Principal Duties:
- Meet with clients to establish design direction, budget, and needs.
- Develop comprehensive landscape designs, including renderings, material selections, and construction details.
- Research and manage subcontractors.
- Build work orders for the installation process.
- Communicate and coordinate with Design Staff, Project Managers and Installation crews.
- Conduct customer service walk-throughs to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in landscape architecture and sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop detailed and creative landscape designs.
- Expertise in native plants, flowers, shrubs, and trees to enhance landscaping sales and design solutions.
- Experience in managing subcontractor relationships.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Proficiency in relevant design software and tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team and independently.
- Strong customer service orientation.
