Job Title: Landscape Designer/Architect

Principal Duties:
- Site Measurement and Survey
- CRM Management
- Design Planning & Execution
- AutoCAD Input, Creation and Drafting
- Architectural Drawing / Detail Creation
- Proposal and Work Order Creation
- Permit Research and Submittal
- Hardscape Procurement
- Change Order Coordination
- Assist with Julie Requests
- Coordinate with Design Team on Schedules, Status’s and KPI’s
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Landscape Design / Architecture
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop detailed and creative landscape designs.
- Experience in managing subcontractor relationships.
- Excellent organizational and strategic planning skills.
- Proficiency in relevant design software and tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team and independently.
- Strong customer service orientation.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
