Location: We provide services-and you could work in any of our 9 communities: Bloomingdale, Carol Stream, Glen Ellyn, Naperville, Roselle, Warrenville, West Chicago, Wheaton, or Winfield.
Western DuPage Special Recreation Association is THE place for engaging community-based social and recreational programs for individuals of all ages with special needs. You can get paid to play!
We are currently in need of support staff to work with people with disabilities in park district recreation programs. As an extension of our member districts, Western DuPage Special Recreation Association provides support staff to assist individuals who have special needs and are participating in park district programs.
We're looking for college students, teachers, paraprofessionals, retirees, or anyone over the age of 16 who has the desire to be an advocate for inclusion! No experience? No problem! We'll provide training and ongoing support. You must be eligible for part-time seasonal employment, have reliable transportation to get to and from work, and be able to perform your job duties independently of others.
