Western Elite is looking for a dedicated and detail-driven Benefits Specialist to join our team full-time. If you're someone who loves helping others, keeps things organized, and knows your way around employee benefits—this might just be the role for you.
As our Benefits Specialist, you’ll be the main point of contact for all employee benefits, including 401(k), health, dental, and vision plans. You'll help make sure our team members are taken care of, informed, and confident in the benefits they receive. This is a key role in supporting our people and strengthening our company culture.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Manage and administer employee benefit programs (401(k), medical, dental, vision, life, disability).- Support team members with questions, enrollments, and claims.
- Coordinate with vendors, brokers, and carriers to deliver a top-tier experience.
- Stay on top of compliance with all applicable laws and regulations (COBRA, ACA, HIPAA, ERISA).
- Run open enrollment and lead benefit-related communications.
- Work alongside payroll to ensure accurate deductions and records.
What We’re Looking For:
3 years of experience managing employee benefits (preferred).- Strong working knowledge of benefit regulations and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills—can explain complex info in a simple, friendly way.
- Highly organized, trustworthy, and professional.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.
