What are the responsibilities and job description for the Account Manager position at WESTERN EQUIPMENT FINANCE?
The Account Manager is responsible to take ownership of customer’s accounts by providing a superior customer experience to both the Business Development Representatives and customers, to ensure account applications and finance documents are completed, inputted, and processed in an efficient and accurate manner. The Account Manager supports the Business Development Representative with any needs related to customer accounts.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Input applications into system. This includes application input, initial credit review, review of credit policy, and determining any credit-related discrepancies for review by credit team.
- Complete all account-related finance documents. This includes determining customer payments, generating documents, structuring deals and setting up payees in system, and sending documents to customers and/or vendors.
- Follow-up on funding. This includes retrieving any information that is needed or required for a contract to complete funding to complete the financing.
- Overall support for the internal Sales team. This includes responding to the sales team, customer or vendor in an effective and accurate manner.
- Other responsibilities and special projects as assigned.
High School Diploma or GED required with 2 years of customer service experience required.
