Job Description
Western Express Shuttle Drivers transport riders in a company vehicle to a predetermined destination. Drivers are an integral part of Western Express’ orientation process and are a direct representative of our company and our community. Our drivers provide safe, reliable and courteous transportation. This position requires initiative, sound judgment, attention to detail, time management and customer service skills. For many of the people you will be transporting, you aren’t “just a driver;” you are the first face to face exposure to the company.

Job Qualifications:
- A valid driver license with no “At fault” accidents in the last two years.
- Must have a valid P endorsement on drivers license
- Must take and pass drug screening and undergo random drug and alcohol testing.
- Must be a minimum of 21 years of age.
- Have a proactive, helpful, can-do attitude with the flexibility to adjust to different schedules/routes.
- Neat, organized, able to work independently and welcoming to our riders.
- Previous rideshare or shuttle experience preferred.
- Must have good customer service and interpersonal skills
