Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Pest Control - Conduct inspections to determine the source of pest activity. Select and build a solution of products and services to remedy pest presence. Perform pest treatments and install products to create a pest-free environment. Operate and maintain service vehicles and equipment.
- Customer Experience - Build customer relationships through friendly, helpful, and courteous behavior during service visits. Listen to customer needs and offer solutions to pest issues and recommend appropriate services to resolve customer concerns. Identify and alert customers of additional service offerings that will provide value to the customer.
- Continuous Learning - Become knowledgeable in the array of available products and services through provided, paid training. Stay current on the latest developments, trends, technology, and regulations in the pest control industry. Participate in employer-provided training on new methods, products, and services in the range of pest control solutions. Obtain and maintain licenses / certificates required by federal, state, and local regulations.

Base pay range : $16.40-$22.00 / hour
Annual incentive potential : $960-$14,210 / year
Annual Total Earning Potential after initial training period : $51000 - $81120 / year
In addition to the base pay, a Colleague working in this role who has completed training may be eligible to earn additional monetary compensation including overtime, incentive and / or commission pay. Total annual earning potential may vary based on performance, assigned routes and achieving Key Performance Indicators (""KPIs"").

Employees in this position perform work within customer's residences, property, and places of business often unsupervised and with access to vulnerable populations. They may have access to company and customer's records including personal identifiable information, financial records, make financial quotes and commitments on behalf of the company, use, handle, and have access to regulated chemicals that could cause harm to humans or the environment if used inappropriately. They work closely with other colleagues, vendors and / or customers and must be able to resolve conflicts and disputes in a non-violent and non-disruptive manner. They may drive a company vehicle as a primary duty and must safely operate a vehicle on the public streets, and receive company equipment to perform work.
