Job Title: Shop Leadman - Fleet
Objective: To oversee all Fleet maintenance Leadman duties to include troubleshooting, installing, servicing, and maintaining production in a fully operation truck shop.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead and direct the daily activities of the Maintenance team on their shift.
- Prioritize all work through the shop.
- Manage the CMMS Program and ensure that work requests are reviewed and tended to in a timely manner. This includes training the necessary team members on how to use the platform
- Provide guidance to team members on troubleshooting and repairs.
- Review and close work orders
- Verify that the correct labor and parts are charged to the correct WRMS code.
- Maintain team's time sheet daily.

- TMT
- MS Office Outlook
- Word
- Excel
- SharePoint
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years supervisory experience.
- Experience working with fleet maintenance.
- Must have the ability to troubleshoot problems thoroughly and effectively.
- Hands-on experience with repairing equipment.
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong computer skills - preferred
