Job Summary
The Overnight Operations Coordinator is responsible for performing essential maintenance tasks, securing the hotel at night, managing the office closure, handling late check-ins, and providing overnight security. This position requires someone who is self-motivated, trustworthy, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities during the overnight shift.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintenance & Facility Upkeep:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks around the hotel.
- Address minor repairs and coordinate with external service providers for larger issues.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure the property is safe and well-maintained.
- Nightly Office Closure:
- Secure and close the office at the end of each day.
- Ensure all administrative procedures are followed during closing.
- Maintain proper documentation of closing activities.
- Late Check-Ins:
- Manage guest check-ins during late-night hours.
- Provide a friendly and efficient check-in process.
- Assist guests with any inquiries during their arrival.
- Overnight Security:
- Monitor the hotel premises throughout the night.
- Ensure all doors, windows, and access points are secure.
- Respond promptly to any security issues or emergencies.
- Additional Duties:
- Collaborate with team members to support overall hotel operations.
- Perform any other tasks as assigned to maintain a safe and welcoming environment.
Required Qualifications
- Experience & Skills:
- Previous experience in maintenance, security, or a related field is preferred.
