Our Installers average about 40 hours a week making 85K a year and can be $110,000 !
Pay and Benefits :
Competitive Compensation : Hourly plus performance bonuses and spiffs

What You'll Do :
Arrive at the client's home at the scheduled time.
Verify all equipment with the job invoice.
Evaluate job site(s) prior to beginning the installation to verify the accuracy of the proposal. Coordinate with a supervisor if changes are needed.
Follow dispatching procedures before and after each all.
Run installation calls as scheduled and according to policy and procedure.
Diagnose installation failures and successfully correct them.
Properly submit all paperwork and monies collected by 8am on the next business day.
Keep company truck & property clean and well maintained.
Follow through all installation to completion.
Build strong relationships with each one of your customers; turn them into clients.
Submit accurate timecards each day with corresponding paperwork.
Attend team meetings to continually improve sales & technical ability.
Foster a professional atmosphere through positive & disciplined attitudes.
Requirements : Who You Are :
2 Years of field experience with an EPA Certification.
Driver’s license and a clean driving record
Ability to lift 50 or more pounds regularly.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and climb as needed to perform work.
