What are the responsibilities and job description for the Experienced Meat Cutter/Butcher position at Western Heritage Meat Company?
We are looking for an experienced, self-motivated, and reliable meat cutter who is looking to expand or add their knowledge and skill working with a talented team. This person will ideally have at least 6 months experience cutting meat. This position requires skilled labor in a fast-paced work environment. Western Heritage Meat Company is a locally owned and operated, fully certified USDA meat processing facility in Sheridan, Wyoming. We have slaughter, processing, and smokehouse capacities and are looking to add to our team of meat cutters. We process all red meat from half carcasses to finished product, including beef, pork, lamb, goat, yak, and bison.
