Job Summary : We are seeking a dedicated General Laborer to join our small metal fabrication team. This position involves manual labor tasks such as material handling, assisting with machinery operations, and maintaining a safe work environment. The ideal candidate will work under the guidance of experienced operators and contribute to daily production needs.
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform material handling tasks, including loading and unloading materials and finished products.
- Assist operators with operating machinery, including brake presses, CNC punches, and laser beds under proper guidance.
- Support general shop labor needs, such as part preparation, cleaning, and organization.
- Follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production deadlines and quality standards.
