Director of Nursing
The Director of Nursing is responsible for overseeing the entire operation of the Nursing department, ensuring high-quality patient care that adheres to all applicable laws, regulations, and standards.
Key Responsibilities:

- Data collection, analysis, and management
- Expert knowledge in the field of practice

Essential Functions:
- Develops and implements nursing staff plans

Requirements:
- Minimum of an Associate Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution
