Western Hills Healthcare is seeking a Human Resources Manager.
Roles & Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Annually reviews and makes recommendations to Administration for improvement of Immanuel's Healthcare policies, procedures, and practices regarding personnel matters.
- Analyzes wage and salary reports and data to determine competitive compensation plans.
- Works directly with department managers to assist them in carrying out their responsibilities on personnel matters. Advises management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues.
- Develops and maintains a human resources system that meets Immanuel's Healthcare personnel needs and facility goals.
- Prepares reports and recommends procedures to reduce absenteeism and turnover.
- Oversees onboarding process
- Responsible for work injury processes
- Participates on committees and special projects
Specific Job Experience
- Minimum of three (2) years human resources experience or related field required, preferably in healthcare.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent computer skills including MS Office, Outlook, Excel
- Payroll knowledge (Paycom)
