Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Charge Nurse to join our team. The Charge Nurse will be responsible for overseeing the nursing staff and ensuring high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and supervise nursing staff
- Coordinate and implement patient care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor and assess patients' conditions
- Assist in training and mentoring new nursing staff
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive patient care
Requirements
- Experience in acute care settings
- Proficiency in working with individuals with developmental disabilities and dementia care
- Competency in IV insertion and coding
- Knowledge of memory care, dialysis, medical office procedures, triage, ICD-10 coding
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Current RN license in good standing
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, PRN
Pay: $25.00 - $28.50 per hour
