Onsite Apartment Manager – 1-Bedroom Unit
21-Unit Building | Bilingual (Spanish & English) Required
Location: Los Angeles (90046)
Hourly rate: $18.18.-$18.25
Job Type: Part-Time
Work Arrangement: 5 days M-F, 2.5 hours per day, 12.5 hours per week, 55 hour per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and supervise outside contractors performing services on the property
- Communicate with tenants, post rents, and prepare tenant notices
- Show and lease vacant units, including processing applications and rental agreements
- Conduct daily property inspections, identify repair needs, and perform light maintenance
- Maintain clean and presentable property grounds at all times
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of on-site apartment management experience
- Strong understanding of fair housing laws and property management regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with AppFolio (preferred)
- Excellent organization, time management, and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and a team-oriented mindset
- Hands-on cleaning/maintenance experience
- Excellent communication (written and verbal)
- No Smoking and No Pets allowed
- Fluency in both Spanish and English (Preferred)
