Onsite Apartment Manager – FREE 2-Bedroom Apartment
65-Unit Building plus additional property of 12 units (77 units total)
Location: Santa Clarita (91321)
We are seeking a dedicated Onsite Manager to oversee two sister properties, located just 3 minutes apart by car. The role involves managing both properties efficiently, ensuring high standards of service and maintenance across both locations. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating operations, addressing tenant concerns, and maintaining the properties to the highest level. A map showing the proximity of the properties will be shared for reference after a confirmed interview!
The total unit count to manage is 77. We are seeking a candidate with proven experience in managing mid-sized properties of similar scale. Demonstrated success in overseeing properties of this size is essential.
Compensation:
- Rent-free 2-Bedroom, 1 Bathroom apartment
- Additional $2,200 monthly pay
- Full-Time: 40 hours per week (8 hours per day, 5 days per week M-F)

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and supervise outside contractors performing services on the property
- Communicate with tenants, post rents, and prepare tenant notices
- Show and lease all vacant units, including processing applications and rental agreements
- Conduct daily property inspections, identify repair needs, and perform light maintenance
- Maintain full cleaning and presentable property grounds at all times
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of on-site apartment management experience
- Strong understanding of fair housing laws and property management regulations
- Experience in managing mid-sized properties of similar scale
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with AppFolio (preferred)
- Excellent organization, time management, and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and a team-oriented mindset
- Hands-on cleaning/maintenance experience
- Excellent communication (written and verbal)
- No Pets allowed
- Fluency in both Spanish and English (Preffered)
