We are not just looking for someone to fill a position, we are looking for a talented and driven Residential Concierge to become a crucial part of our dynamic team. Your role will be the face of our properties, offering exceptional customer service and managing the day-to-day details that keep everything running smoothly. Without you, we would not be able to create the welcoming, organized, and well-maintained spaces that our tenants rely on for their everyday lives.

We need you because our tenants depend on someone who is not only approachable but also proactive in maintaining the highest standards of service. As the primary point of contact, your ability to manage maintenance requests, maintain property functionality, and ensure seamless operations is vital to our success. You will be an essential partner to both the tenants and our property management team, playing a key role in enhancing the residents’ experience while also ensuring that everything is running efficiently behind the scenes.

 

Here’s What You Will Be Doing

As our Residential Concierge, you will serve as the first line of communication and support for our tenants, ensuring their needs are met and that the property is always looking its best. You will handle everything from greeting residents to coordinating maintenance and managing key property operations.

Your role is critical in creating a positive atmosphere where residents feel valued and secure.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Tenant Assistance & Engagement:
     You will be present in the lobby daily, offering support for tenants' inquiries and needs. Whether it is answering questions, resolving concerns, or ensuring they feel heard, you will be a friendly and dependable resource.
  • Maintenance Reporting & Coordination:
     You will act as the go-between for residents and the maintenance team, ensuring any repair requests are quickly addressed. You will also oversee daily property inspections to ensure everything is functioning at its best.
  • Package & Access Management:
     From receiving and delivering packages to managing key fob access for tenants, you will make sure everything from deliveries to security needs are seamlessly handled.
  • Vendor Coordination & Property Liaison:
     You will manage communication with vendors and contractors to ensure all building operations and maintenance tasks are performed to the highest standards. Additionally, you will keep the property management team, and the property owner informed on any issues or developments.

 

You Need These Qualifications:

  • You have prior experience in a concierge, customer service, or property management role.
  • You excel in communication and interpersonal skills, always bringing your best self to interactions with tenants, vendors, and the management team.
  • You are extremely organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in addressing issues before they become problems.
  • You are comfortable working independently and handling multiple tasks efficiently.
  • You understand that appearance and professionalism matter, and you always present yourself in a polished, approachable manner.

 

It Would Be Nice If:

  • You have a background in hospitality, customer service, or property management.
  • You are familiar with property management systems such as AppFolio, Property Meld or similar tools.
  • You have a strong understanding of building operations and maintenance processes.
  • You are familiar with Google Suite, Microsoft Office, or similar tools for communication and reporting.
