Location: In-Home Care (Travel to Clients' Homes)

Requirements of a Home Health Aide:
(Required) Must have a valid Driver’s License
(Required) You must have a reliable vehicle and active vehicle insurance, as you will be responsible for travel to the client's home
(Required) Must be certified by the State of Iowa as a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA)
(Required) Willingness to Perform Hands-On Care: You should feel comfortable assisting with personal care and mobility.
CPR Certification or the willingness to obtain it.
Self-Starter: You will be working independently, so the ability to move efficiently between tasks and manage your schedule is a must.
What You'll Do as a Home Health Aide:
As a Home Health Aide, you will be a true hero to those you serve by providing essential in-home care. You will work independently, moving between clients' homes, and directly impacting their daily lives.
Provide Compassionate In-Home Care: Assist clients with daily activities, including personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and other tasks to help maintain their independence at home.
Physical Support for Clients: Help clients with personal hygiene tasks such as bathing, dressing, and mobility (getting in/out of bed, walking, standing, etc.).
Be a Trusted Support System: Respond to clients' needs with patience, care, and professionalism. Offer emotional support and reassurance to help clients feel safe and valued.
Maintain a Clean and Safe Environment: Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, meal prep, grocery shopping, and errands, all while maintaining a safe and organized living space for your clients.
Act as a Liaison: Report any concerns or changes in a client’s condition to the office staff, ensuring a smooth flow of communication and the highest level of care.
