Are you a detail-oriented individual looking for a rewarding opportunity? Western Home Communities is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to join our compassionate team. In this role, you'll contribute to the well-being of our residents by ensuring their living spaces are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained.
What You'll Do:
Perform housekeeping duties, including cleaning resident rooms (bedrooms and bathrooms) and maintaining common areas in accordance with our daily work schedule.
Provide detailed room cleaning services on a regular basis—daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly.
Accurately document completed tasks and ensure timely completion of assigned duties.
Replenish bathroom and cleaning supplies as needed to ensure rooms and facilities are always well-maintained.
Safely empty and transport trash and garbage to disposal areas, following scheduled guidelines.
Foster positive relationships with residents by interacting in a friendly, approachable, and caring manner.
What You'll Need:
(Preferred) Prior experience in housekeeping or a related field.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
Ability to stay calm and work efficiently under pressure.
Availability to work every other weekend and on holidays, as required.
