Full-time employees must work 3 self-scheduled weekend shifts a month OR choose an on-call weekend Part-time employees must work 2 self-scheduled shifts a month or choose an on-call weekend Must work 2 self-scheduled holidays    How you’ll impress us:  You will be willing to work in a team environment  You will be reliable and attend scheduled shifts  You will ensure resident's rights are adhered to You are able to provide care to residents under the supervision of the nurse and the support of your team You provide physical support for residents with daily activities and personal hygiene, including bathing, dressing, getting out of bed, using the toilet, walking, standing, or exercising. You can assist with organizing, cleaning, laundry, meals, and other assigned tasks What you will need:  A positive attitude  Reliable transportation  Must possess a current active license to practice as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Iowa. Experience/ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, and the public. Prior Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) experience is preferred, but not required.
