What are the responsibilities and job description for the Internal Pool position at Western Home Services?
We are seeking a Licenced Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our internal pool. As a member of our team, you will have the flexibility to create your own schedule that fits your lifestyle. You will have the opportunity to work in each of our clean and newly built or renovated buildings, which offer a laid-back work environment with better staffing ratios.
Responsibilities
- Travel to various locations, including Cedar Falls, Creekside in Grundy Center, Parkview in Reinbeck, and Grand JiVante in Ackley, as well as other future locations.
- Work 3 self-scheduled weekend shifts per month or choose an on-call weekend shift for full-time employees.
- Part-time employees must work 2 self-scheduled shifts per month or choose an on-call weekend shift.
- Work 2 self-scheduled holidays per year.
