What are the responsibilities and job description for the Voluntary CNA Class- March 2025 position at Western Home Services?
Western Home Communities is offering a Volunteer Certified Nursing Aid course to individuals looking to further their careers in the healthcare field. Both internal and external candidates will be considered for this opportunity. The course will be offered at no cost to those selected to participate. The course and employment will be part of an apprenticeship program through the Department of Labor. If you are interested in obtaining your CNA Certification please apply to be interviewed. Upon successful completion of the course our hope is that you become employed with Western Home, working a minimum of part-time hours including every other weekend and every other holiday.
Free Voluntary Course
Bonus of $2,000 upon successful completion*
The class will be from March 5th to March 28th, Monday-Thursday from 11am-4pm or 8am-2pm, depending on the days curriculum.
You must be available all days and times to be considered
Class/Clinical times may vary and be outside the above hours- a calendar will be given to you on your first day.
The week following class completion is considered "onboarding week" and will include internal pool placement meetings, CNA state testing, and Clinical Onboarding (times may vary from class/clinical schedule)
