What are the responsibilities and job description for the Head Start Case Manager-Putnam County position at Western Indiana Community Action Agency, Inc.?
Supports the Head Start Family as they identify their needs and take steps to meet their goals in a timely and positive manner in accordance with federal, state, local, and Agency rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED required; Ability to obtain a Credential or Certification in Social Work or related field within 18 months of hire required; Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or related field preferred. Minimum of two years’ experience in the Social Services field or related area. Must have demonstrated organizational skills. Must participate in professional development to meet Agency and Clay County Head Start goals and objectives as established in individual goal setting.
