Western Industrial Contractors (WIC) is a 41-year-old company that specializes in integration of complex design build projects in both new and operating facilities . Our services include mechanical and electrical design, fabrication, installation, and commissioning as well as maintenance, decommissioning, and modernization. We specialize in material handling systems in multiple markets including, airports, parcel, food and beverage, and warehousing & distribution.
Role Description
WIC is seeking a full-time on-site Project Manager located in Denver, CO. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing each project from start to completion, ensuring that each project is completed safely, with high quality, and profitably all while meeting or exceeding all client expectations. The Project Manager should have excellent communication skills and the ability to provide guidance and direction to the project team.
Qualifications
- Construction Project Management skills and experience
- Ability to manage and expedite multiple projects simultaneously
- Experienced in estimating, planning, scheduling, change management, cost control.
- Excellent communication skills to facilitate project team meetings and communication across all levels of the organization
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or equivalent field and work experience required.
- PMP certification is a plus
Additional qualifications that may be beneficial include experience in material handling, mechanical and electrical engineering, fabrication, and / or industrial construction management.
