Job Purpose:
As a Repair Business Development Specialist at Western Integrated Technologies, you'll be the driving force behind our industrial repair services in the northwest. Your job is to help us grow and become the go-to repair provider in the area. We're looking for someone with hands-on experience in industrial repairs who is also passionate about selling.
Responsibilities for our Business Development Specialist:
- Building relationships with customers and finding new business opportunities
- Working closely with our repair teams to deliver top-notch service
- Using your technical know-how to spot ways we can help customers solve their problems
- Collaborating with other departments to make sure we're giving customers the best possible service
- Increasing our sales by showing customers the value of our repair services
We are looking for someone with all or some of the following:
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
- Expertise in industrial equipment, repair processes, and fluid power systems (hydraulic or pneumatic).
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical staff, simplify complex issues, and build strong relationships.
- Proven track record in industrial sales, including writing and executing sales/service proposals (preferred)
- Creative problem-solving skills and a willingness to collaborate closely with repair teams.
- Proficiency or willingness to learn MS Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Proactive and solutions-oriented mindset
- Sales training an advantage
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
