Embrace the excitement, embrace the possibilities, and become a vital player in shaping the future of warehousing.Responsibilities : Ship and receive products from various companies, with a primary focus on UPS and LTL shipments.Pull sales and production orders accurately and efficiently.Interact with customers for will calls and provide excellent customer service.Operate forklifts and other machinery required for the transportation of heavy items within the warehouse.Organize and restock products to maintain an efficient warehouse layout.Ensure the warehouse is clean and organized, following safety guidelines.Provide regular updates to the supervisor regarding inventory, shipments, and deliveries.Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers.Assist customers and address their inquiries promptly and professionally.Stay updated on product information, uses, and industry trends to effectively respond to customer inquiries.Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
