Key Responsibilities
- Ensure branch locations operate in accordance with industry regulations, WIG procedures, and safety standards.
- Maintain highest safety and quality standards through communication, audit follow-up, training, and enforcement of procedures and regulations.
- Conduct effective accident investigations and recommend corrective actions.
- Train and guide Department Managers and facility employees in safety/production/distribution techniques.
- Apply Lean Six Sigma tools to improve operations.
