What are the responsibilities and job description for the Commercial General Liability Litigation Adjuster position at Western International Staff?
Immediate temp contract remote position which could also go temp to hire . You'll work remotely from your home handling commercial casualty claims, primarily litigated general liability claims. All Equipment is provided.
In this role you'll:
Analyze coverage * Set initial reserves and make changes as necessary throughout the life of the file
Coordinate the investigation * Request claim related documents * Hire outside experts if needed
Work with defense counsel on strategy
Maintain Diary * Review all pertinent claim related material including medical bills and reports
Evaluate claims and settle injury claims with claimants or their attorneys.
MUST have :
5 plus years of current/ recent experience handling commercial general liability claims
Experience with Litigated commercial general liability casualty claims
Must have a valid Adjuster license
