To be successful in this role you must have 5 to 10 years of commercial general liability claims handling experience from inception through conclusion including litigated claims.
Must have an active adjuster license, experience with paperless claims and have strong knowledge of coverages and exclusions under the CGL policy. E&S experience a plus but not required.
You'll determine coverage, set and maintain reserves, coordinate a full investigation, hire experts if needed, request and review medical bills and evaluate injury claims. You will settle claims with injured parties or their legal counsel.
