Job Summary
The Front Office Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the front office in our organization. This position is responsible for overseeing daily administrative functions and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a keen ability to multitask while maintaining a professional demeanor. CRIMINAL Justice background preferred.
Duties
- Oversee front desk operations, ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment for all visitors and clients.
- Manage scheduling and calendar management for appointments, optimizing time for both staff and clients.
- Responsible for intake of cash and credit cards, along with balancing daily deposits and making daily deposits when alone in the office.
- Maintain accurate filing systems for client records, correspondence, and other essential documents.
- Ensure adherence to phone etiquette standards when interacting with clients.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and improve overall service delivery.
- Address any issues or concerns raised by staff or clients promptly and professionally.
Requirements
- Proven experience in front desk management or a similar role within a criminal justice setting.
- Strong skills in schedule management, calendar coordination, and file organization.
- Exceptional phone etiquette with strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Keep office Clean and present a professional clean environment to work in and for clients.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting
- High attention to detail with excellent problem-solving capabilities.
- This person will be working alone sometimes. Camera surveillance is in place in the work area.

This position is for urine drug testing, and a local and national background check is required. The ideal candidate will be working with clients referred by probation and may be alone some of the time. If this is not an ideal setting for you, please do not apply. Hours are 7:25 am to 4:00-4:30 pm, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Office is closed on Tuesday. Nine paid holidays with biweekly accrued vacation times.
