What are the responsibilities and job description for the Prequalified Independent Contractor position at Western Land Services?
The Land Brokerage business is rapidly evolving and Western Land Services is continuing to innovate to stay at the forefront of new trends. Part of our ability to best serve our clients includes having a large network of Prequalified Independent Contractors throughout the United States ready to take on the next assignment. Western is currently looking for qualified and reliable contractors to become part of our PREQUALIFIED database. Once you become a prequalified Independent Contractor you will be the first reviewed for short term assignments.
To be considered for the Prequalified Independent Contractor database, you MUST meet all of the following requirements:
- Have a legal entity name registered in the state of origin, such as an LLC, Corporation, etc.
- Have an Employer Identification Number (EIN)
- Be able to accept ACH payments for services payable to the business entity name
Just as the services Western offers as a company vary, the skills of our Independent Contractors must as well. We are currently looking for skilled Independent Contractors in the areas of:

- Full Abstracts
- ROW Title
- Surface Title
- Subsurface Title
- Mineral Title
- Held By Production (HBP)
- Renewable Energy
- Federal Lands (including BLM)
- Utilities

- Wind
- Solar
- Other Minerals
- Utilities
