Responsibilities
- Lead planning and implementation of marine and heavy civil construction projects
- Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes, and additions to contractual agreements
- Manage project budget and plan and schedule project timelines
- Provide direction and support to project team and ensure that project deliverables are on time, within budget, and at the required level of quality
Requirements
- 5 years of experience working as a Project Manager
- Experience overseeing diverse projects and knowledge of construction materials and practices
- Thorough knowledge of OSHA construction regulations and 2 years of experience in remote construction and rural logistics
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil, Mechanical, or Construction Engineering or related field preferred
