VOCATIONAL SPECIALIST
Western Mental Health Center is looking for a Vocational Specialist to join our Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) team. In this role, you will provide vocational support to help clients obtain and maintain competitive employment. As part of an interdisciplinary team, you'll offer ongoing evaluation, problem-solving, skill training, and assist clients with activities of daily living in a community-based setting.

- Develop and implement treatment goals tailored to each client’s needs, focusing on vocational success and personal growth.
- Assess clients’ stages of change readiness and adjust interventions accordingly to promote progress and long-term success.
- Support clients in the later stages of change by reinforcing positive behaviors and ensuring continued employment success.
- Facilitate seamless access to community resources and support networks to enhance clients' overall well-being and vocational outcomes.
- Collaborate with the ACT team to deliver integrated, client-centered care in a community-based setting.
Travel within the region is required, and an agency vehicle will be provided.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
