The Practitioner will provide comprehensive care to wellness patients, perform advanced aesthetic procedures, and collaborate with the medical director and team to ensure exceptional client outcomes. This role requires a blend of clinical expertise, aesthetic artistry, and a client-focused approach. We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Practitioner to join our team and play a pivotal role in managing wellness patients and performing advanced aesthetic treatments.
Core privileges:
- Perform injectable treatments such as neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and other neuromodulators.
- Educate clients on pre- and post-treatment care to maximize results and ensure safety.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in aesthetic medicine.
- Build strong relationships with clients by providing compassionate and professional care.
- Educate clients on treatment options, expected outcomes, and potential risks.
- Ensure patient safety by adhering to established protocols and maintaining accurate documentation.
- Collaboration & Compliance.
- Work closely with the medical director to align treatment plans with clinical best practices.
- Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations related to medical spa services.
- Contribute to the growth and success of the med spa by participating in marketing and outreach efforts.

Requirements
Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant requirements
Education: Master's Degree required.
Experience: at least one year of related experience in a medical spa, wellness clinic, or similar setting required.
Certificate/License/Registration:
- Current registered nurse (RN) license and advanced (APRN) license from the State of Missouri required or Masters Physician Assistant Studies and Physician Assistant (PA-C) license from the State of Missouri.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) required.
- Current Drug Enforcement Association (DEA) license required/BNDD (within 6 months of hire).
- Preferred certification in aesthetics (CANS or similar).
- An ideal candidate will have aesthetic experience.
