At Western Montana Clinic, we are continuing our 100-year tradition of providing excellent health care to the community. We are a group of local, independent providers practicing in multiple specialties. We are seeking a full-time Phlebotomist/Receptionist to join our team at the Broadway building in the Laboratory.
This is a 40-hour/week position with variable shifts within the operating hours of 7:00am - 5:30pm M-F
In this position you will:
- Perform phlebotomy, venipuncture, finger sticks, specimen collection, specimen processing, and send-outs, as needed.
- Cover for the front desk reception area as needed.
- Use lab and medical record software.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Act as a team player in managing patients.
- Work independently and exercise good judgement
- Utilize all necessary safety procedures and OSHA recommendations.
- Maintain strict confidentiality according to the Confidentiality Policy and HIPPA standards.
- Complete all mandatory training as required.

Minimum Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Phlebotomy experience preferred, willing to train the right candidate
- Laboratory experience preferred
