Description
As an Adult Rehabilitation Aide, you'll play a vital role in supporting adults with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders. You'll teach and assist with skill development for independent living and rehabilitation, provide opportunities for socialization and recreation, and help clients access necessary services. Services are focused on improving skills related to exhibiting appropriate behavior, independent living, crisis intervention, job skills, and socialization so the members can live and function more independently in the community. Your responsibilities will also include maintaining and organizing paperwork, assisting with activities, developing and running groups that teach life skills, and supporting the implementation of services stated in treatment plans.

Minimum Qualifications:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to pass a background check upon offer of employment.
- Valid MT Driver’s license and a good driving record.
