What are the responsibilities and job description for the Facilities Manager position at Western Montana Mental Health Center?
A Facility Manager ensures that facilities operate efficiently by planning and directing building-related and grounds-related services using best business practices to manage resources, services and processes to meet the needs of Western Montana Mental Health Center (WMMHC). The Facility Manager will work closely with the other Facilities Managers to coordinate facilities maintenance across entire organization.

The Facility Manager will have a strong understanding of maintenance, facility safety, inspections, supplies, and equipment needs. They will exhibit excellent communication, critical thinking, problem-solving and time management skills. They will have experience supervising employees and have great communication skills.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Equivalency.
- Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience.
- Ability to pass a background check upon offer of employment
- Valid current drivers license with good driving record.
