Description
The Outpatient Therapist is a key member of our multidisciplinary team, delivering individualized therapy, developing treatment plans, and providing consultations, assessments, and crisis support. As an Outpatient Therapist, you’ll work collaboratively with community partners, including schools, law enforcement, and social service agencies, to ensure clients receive comprehensive care.

Qualifications
To excel as an Outpatient Therapist, you must demonstrate strong clinical knowledge and skills, including expertise in conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing individual, family, and group therapy. A thorough understanding of trauma-informed care, crisis intervention, and evidence-based therapeutic practices is essential. Effective communication and collaboration skills are crucial for engaging with clients, families, and community partners, as well as working within a multidisciplinary team. Candidates must also exhibit excellent organizational abilities to manage documentation and meet productivity standards. Proficiency in maintaining confidentiality and cultural sensitivity, along with the ability to adapt to diverse client needs, are key attributes for success in this role.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited college with a Master’s degree in Social Work, Rehabilitation Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
- Valid Licensure in MT as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Professional candidates (PCLC or SWLC) will also be considered.
- One year of progressively responsible post-graduate experience in a community mental health center or similar setting is preferred
- Ability to pass a background check upon an offer of employment
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record
