The PACT Professional Staff is responsible for providing direct clinical and rehabilitation support services to clients who experience co-occurring mental health and substance use symptoms and providing clinical oversight to the PACT program, interdisciplinary treatment team, and clinical documentation. The Program of Assertive Community Treatment (PACT) is a member-centered, recovery oriented, mental health services delivery model for facilitating community living, psychosocial rehabilitation, and recovery for members who have not benefited from traditional outpatient services.

Qualifications
The PACT Professional has experience with individuals diagnosed with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this position.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited college with a master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
- Valid Licensure in MT as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Professional candidates will also be considered.
- Minimum of two (2) years’ experience.
- Ability to pass a background check upon offer of employment.
- Valid current driver’s license with a good driving record.
Salary : $58,000 - $79,000
